The construction knowledge and medical expertise of our owners played a crucial role in the strategic design of our communities, aimed at assisting individuals with intricate medical requirements. With the resident's well-being at the forefront of our minds, we meticulously crafted a single-level structure to foster independence, safety, inclusivity, and freedom. Our design focuses on maintaining a seamless flow throughout the building, minimizing the occurrence of dead ends that can cause confusion, agitation, or isolation. This layout also enables our caregivers to provide effective care efficiently.

    Our HVAC system provides consistent tempered fresh air from outside. This unit, along with high-efficiency exhaust fans, creates 5-6 air exchanges per hour. 

  • Private, Customizable Suites

    Private suites with natural lighting, ADA-compliant bathroom,  television with basic cable, and a small refrigerator.

  • Sensory-Focused Design

    Sensory focused building design with colors and flooring picked specifically with your loved one's comfort and safety in mind. The sensory design of our community includes gardens, sunrooms, and fish tank to make our space feel relaxing and welcoming. Sensory stimulation encourages positive emotions and reduces anxiety.

  • Thoughtful Pathways

    Our building has an open concept with thoughtful pathrways to encourage walking and being active.  

  • Natural Light

    Natural light from sun-filled rooms throughout hallways and buildings to help with sundowners and encourage walking. 

  • Gathering Areas

    Gathering areas with fireplaces throughout the building along with a fish tank full of colorful fish. We have dedicated several living spaces in the center of each neighborhood. These spaces are specifically for activities, music therapy, and interaction. The goal of these spaces is to encourage residents to participate and thrive outside their individual apartments.
